Do you provide free site surveys?
Yes. We offer a free site survey and consultation to recommend the right lift for your building and prepare an accurate quotation.
What types of lifts do you supply?
We supply passenger lifts, home lifts, and cargo/freight lifts, and we also provide ongoing maintenance services (AMC).
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We provide preventive maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to keep your lift safe, compliant and reliable.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the lift type and site readiness, but most standard installations are completed within a few weeks after site preparation.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve clients across Bangladesh, with our primary operations based in Dhaka.
Do you supply genuine spare parts?
Yes. We use and supply genuine components, and we keep common spare parts available for fast service.
